Anais and Tom are a dynamic duo offering the complete catering experience. Anais has worked 6 years with Cork & Bottle as a manager, head server, food preparer, recipe and menu developer, bridal consultant and owner. Before Cork and Bottle, Anais worked in fine dining service and hospitality. Anais has a love affair with food, and prides herself on her quality of cuisine and service. Her passion for local sustainable food and wine elicits her ambition to make each wedding and catering event a unique experience engendering the true Gorge character and fun!

Tom Dixon is from Portland, Ore. and shares Anais’ unbridled enthusiasm for food and eating . His family connection to Real Good Food, an importer of extra virgin olive oil, vinegars, premium grains, and hand harvested flor de sal, has served as a very integral part of Cork & Bottle’s standard of quality. Tom also has deep roots in simple quality cuisine. He managed a high volume Portland burrito stand for 10 years, and brings a fast pace to Cork and Bottle. Anais and Tom are constantly cooking up new recipes from produce in their own well loved permaculture garden.

Together, Anais and Tom are committed to making Cork & Bottle the premier catering company in the Columbia River Gorge for all fine food catering, with a down home feel. They source foods from local businesses; including farms, ranches, bakeries, and creameries to bring their guests the freshest variety of what the Gorge has to offer.

Cork & Bottle offers excellent service. A commitment to coordinating each event with venue owners, managers and coordinators to make each event run seamlessly is Cork & Bottle’s primary objective. Service staff are well trained and professional.
