Q: Do you provide the rentals?
A: We do not provide tableware, tables, linens, chairs or glassware. We provide everything that we will need to serve you a delicious meal. Our event coordinators are glad to assist you with your rental calculations and preparations, as well as providing rental services so you don’t have to stress about it at all!
Q: Do children pay the full per person cost?
A: Children are not required to pay the full per person price of your event. Children under 12 do not need to be added to your total guest list, and can even have their own Kid’s Table that provides a Kid’s Buffet at a reasonable price. See menu for details and pricing.
Q: If I use your bar services, do you bring the alcohol?
A: We provide all of the equipment and bartenders for the event, but not the alcohol. We ask that the alcohol be placed near the bar the day of the event. Need help on quantities? Our event coordinators can help!
Q: Do you serve hard liquor or mixed drinks?
A: We try to stay away from hard liquor and mixed drinks for the majority of the event. We do, however, allow mixed drinks to be served during Social/Cocktail Hour. We ask that the drink be simple (something pre-made, not individually shaken) as this will maximize our bartender’s time efficiency and service.
Q: How many bartenders do I need for my event?
A: One bartender is needed for a guest count of 120 or below. For events above 120 people, two bartenders will be needed to adequately serve your guests.
Q: I have a limited budget, how can I best utilize your services?
A: Please feel free to contact our event coordinators and they can help you work out a menu and budget that fits your need and style.
Q: When I get my final bill, will I see a long list of bill items?
A: No. The items on your bill that were sent during your preliminary processes of the event planning are what you will see on your final bill. Generally, you will not see “travel time/gas” items, or “employee hours” on your final bill. We try to work our costs into the per person count so your bill is less confusing and honest.
